Souvenir Program Sample Clauses

The Souvenir Program clause outlines the terms and responsibilities related to the creation, distribution, and content of a commemorative publication or booklet associated with an event. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for producing the program, the approval process for its content, and any revenue-sharing arrangements from advertising or sales. By clearly defining these aspects, the clause ensures that both parties understand their roles and expectations, thereby preventing disputes over program content, production costs, or profits.
