Overnight Rest. During the rehearsal period there must be twelve (12) hours clear between the end of one day's rehearsal (or performance if that is later) and the call to work on the next day. The company in consultation with Equity may decide by secret ballot to agree to reduce this period by one (1) hour for an individual production. Should the Artist consent to provide additional services during this period at the request of the Theatre, the Artist shall invoice the Theatre at the rate stipulated on line three (3) of Schedule "A" in the current ITA Fee Booklet.
Overnight Rest. Emergency rehearsals must be scheduled in accordance with the provisions of Clause 16:19, Overnight Rest Infringement, but the overnight rest period may be reduced by one (1) hour by the full company by secret ballot.

All footwear shall be in good condition and properly fitted in respect to comfort and safety (e.g., dance, fight scenes, etc.).

The "Overnight Rest" period shall mean a period of time between the end of one day's work and the beginning of the next day's work in which the Artist shall not be required to perform any service. The overnight rest period may not be less than twelve (12) hours for performing Artists and eleven (11) hours for Stage Management personnel.
