Overhead and Profit for the Contractor. The Contractor's overhead and profit on the cost of subcontracts shall be a sum not exceeding ten percent (10%) of such costs. The Contractor's overhead and profit on the costs of work performed by the Contractor shall be a sum not exceeding fifteen percent (15%) of such costs. Overhead and profit shall not be applied to the cost of taxes and insurance by Contractor or Subcontractors or to credits. No processing or similar fees may be charged by the Contractor in connection with the Modification.
