Overcharge Refunds. Refund claims for overcharges must be submitted to Tradewind in writing within 30 days after the operation of the flight Segment to which such overcharge claim relates, after which time no claim or legal action based on such overcharge can be maintained.

  • Overcharges Note: NO EXCEPTIONS OR REVISIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED Vendor hereby assigns to DIR any and all of its claims for overcharges associated with this contract which arise under the antitrust laws of the United States, 15 U.S.C.A. Section 1, et seq., and which arise under the antitrust laws of the State of Texas, Tex. Bus. and Comm. Code Section 15.01, et seq.

  • Recover Copying Costs The Participating Institutions may impose a reasonable fee on the Authorized Users to cover costs of copying or printing portions of the Licensed Materials by or for the Authorized Users.

  • Overpayments Contractor promptly shall refund to Purchaser the full amount of any erroneous payment or overpayment. Such refunds shall occur within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice to Contractor; Provided, however, that Purchaser shall have the right to elect to have either direct payments or written credit memos issued. If Contractor fails to make timely refunds of overpayment(s) (either directly or by credit memo), Contractor shall pay Purchaser interest at the rate of one percent (1%) per month on the amount overdue thirty (30) calendar days after notice to Contractor.

  • Payment of Overpayment If at any time the Province provides Funds in excess of the amount to which the Recipient is entitled under the Agreement, the Province may:

  • Salary Overpayment Recovery A. When the Employer has determined that an employee has been overpaid wages, the Employer will provide written notice, via certified mail, to the employee that will include the following items:

Upon request, the District shall provide the employee with specific written explanation for the underpayment through the Payroll Contact Person at the employee’s location.
