Common use of Outside of Work Hours Clause in Contracts

Outside of Work Hours. Stewards who attend to the duties outlined in Article 6.03(C) outside of scheduled work hours shall be paid at straight time rates or in compensatory time off as mutually agreed between the Employer and the Xxxxxxx, subject to Union approval. The performance of these duties outside of scheduled work hours is voluntary on the part of the Xxxxxxx and subject to the approval of the Employer if compensation is requested.
