Outside Hiring. No new employees may be hired until present employees and employees on total layoff have had ten (10) working days from receipt of the posting to apply.
Outside Hiring. The Institute may elect to advertise externally simultaneously with the internal posting of a position.
Outside Hiring. If the vacancy is not filled as a result of the job posting, the Employer may consider applicants from outside the bargaining unit to fill the position.
Outside Hiring. Consistent with district needs, the district may hire or contract from the outside for any position, full or part-time, any time necessary or contract on a temporary basis. In unique situations where current staff lack the required certification or training, the district will discuss hire in rate flexibility with CAMEO leadership.
