Common use of Outage Repair Standard Clause in Contracts

Outage Repair Standard. In the event of an outage or trouble in any arrangement, facility, or service being provided by a Party hereunder, the providing Party will follow BA standard procedures for isolating and clearing the outage or trouble. NorthPoint and BA may agree to modify those procedures from time to time based on their experience with comparable Interconnection arrangements with other carriers.
