4.3.4.1.2 a one-way DEOT in AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE (except where the parties have agreed to use two-way trunks.)
4.3.4.2 Once such trunks are provisioned, traffic from CLEC to AT&T-21STATE must be redirected to route first to the DEOT with overflow traffic alternate routed to the appropriate AT&T-21STATE Tandem that switches Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic. If an AT&T-21STATE End Office does not subtend an AT&T-21STATE Tandem that switches Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic, a direct final DEOT will be established by CLEC and there will be no overflow of Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic.
4.3.4.3 All traffic received by AT&T-21STATE on the DEOT from CLEC must terminate in the End Office, (i.e., no Tandem switching will be performed in the End Office). Where End Office functionality is provided in a remote End Office switch of a host/remote configuration, CLEC shall establish the DEOT at the host switch.
Direct End Office Trunking. 5.2.1.1 The Parties shall establish direct End Office primary high usage Local Interconnection trunk groups for the exchange of Local traffic where actual or projected traffic demand is or will be twenty four (24) or more trunks, as described in Sections 4.1 and 4.2.

The Parties shall establish a direct End Office trunk group when End Office traffic requires twenty-four (24) or more trunks. Overflow from either end of the direct End Office trunk group will be alternate routed to the appropriate Tandem.
4.2 All traffic received by TDS TELECOM on the direct End Office trunk group from TCAL must terminate in the End Office, i.e. no Tandem switching will be performed in the End Office. All traffic received by TCAL on the direct End Office trunk group from TDS TELECOM must terminate in the End Office, i.e., no Tandem switching will be performed in the End Office. Where End Office functionality is provided in a remote End Office of a host/remote configuration, the Interconnection for that remote End Office is only available at the host switch. The number of digits to be received by the terminating Party shall conform to standard industry practices; but in no case shall the number of digits be less than seven (7).
Direct End Office Trunking. 4.3.4.1 DEOTs transport Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic between Image Access, Inc.’s switch and an AT&T-21STATE End Office and are not switched at a Tandem location. When actual or projected End Office Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic requires twenty-four (24) or more trunks Image Access, Inc. shall establish the following:
4.3.4.1.1 a two-way DEOT in AT&T-12STATE;
4.3.4.1.2 a one-way DEOT in AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE (except where the parties have agreed to use two-way trunks.)
4.3.4.2 Once such trunks are provisioned, traffic from Image Access, Inc. to AT&T-21STATE must be redirected to route first to the DEOT with overflow traffic alternate routed to the appropriate AT&T-21STATE Tandem that switches Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic. If an AT&T- 21STATE End Office does not subtend an AT&T-21STATE Tandem that switches Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic, a direct final DEOT will be established by Image Access, Inc. and there will be no overflow of Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic.
4.3.4.3 All traffic received by AT&T-21STATE on the DEOT from Image Access, Inc. must terminate in the End Office, (i.e., no Tandem switching will be performed in the End Office). Where End Office functionality is provided in a remote End Office switch of a host/remote configuration, Image Access, Inc. shall establish the DEOT at the host switch.
Direct End Office Trunking. 2.5.1 The Parties shall establish a one-way (except where the parties have agreed to use two-way trunks.)Direct End Office trunk (DEOT) group when End Office traffic exceeds 24 DS0s at peak over three consecutive month’s or when no Local Tandem Switch is present in the Local Exchange Area. Trunking to an AT&T End Office shall afford CLEC access to only the NXXs served by that individual End Office.
2.5.2 Once such trunks are provisioned, traffic from CLEC to AT&T must be redirected to route first to the DEOT with overflow traffic alternate routed to the appropriate AT&T-22STATE Tandem that switches Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic. If an AT&T End Office does not subtend an AT&T Tandem that switches Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic, a direct final DEOT will be established by CLEC and there will be no overflow of Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic.
2.5.3 All traffic received by AT&T on the DEOT from CLEC must terminate in the End Office, i.e. no Tandem switching will be performed in the End Office. Direct End Office Trunking. 3.4.1 The Parties shall establish a one-way mobile-to-land or land-to-mobile DEOT when actual or projected total end office traffic requires twenty-four (24) or more Trunks (500 Centum Call Seconds “CCS”) for 3 consecutive months. If the DEOT is designed to overflow, the traffic will be alternate routed to the appropriate AT&T TEXAS Tandem. DEOTs established as direct finals will not overflow from either direction to any alternate route. If Carrier chooses to open an NPA/NXX, port a number, or a pool a number that is rated as local to an AT&T TEXAS End Office Switch that does not sub-tend an AT&T TEXAS Tandem for local calling, Carrier shall establish a direct final DEOT to such AT&T TEXAS End Office Switch.
3.4.2 The Parties may establish or will migrate from one-way to two-way DEOT's when the two-way service becomes available in each AT&T TEXAS location.
3.4.3 Carrier shall establish DEOTs in accordance with 3.4.1 within thirty (30) days of notice from

Direct End Office Trunking. Direct End Office trunks terminate traffic from a Pac-West switch to a PACIFIC End Office and are not switched at a Tandem location. The Parties shall establish a two-way direct End Office trunk group when End Office traffic reaches or exceeds the 24 or more trunk level. The Parties will meet to review the traffic level and reach agreement regarding the establishment of the Direct End Office Trunk. Overflow from either end of the direct End Office trunk group will be alternate routed to the appropriate Tandem. While the Parties agree that it is the responsibility of the Pac-West to enter into arrangements with each third party carrier (ILECs or other CLECs) to deliver or receive transit traffic, PACIFIC acknowledges that such arrangements may not currently be in place and an interim arrangement will facilitate traffic completion on an interim basis. Accordingly, until the earlier of (i) the date on which either Party has entered into an arrangement with third-party carrier to exchange transit traffic to Pac-West and (ii) the date transit traffic volumes exchanged by the Pac-West and third-party carrier exceed the volumes specified in Section 1.4, PACIFIC will provide Pac-West with transit service. Pac-West agrees to use reasonable efforts to enter into agreements with third-party carriers as soon as possible after the Effective Date. When Tandem trunks are deployed, Pac-West shall route appropriate traffic (i.e. only traffic to End Offices that subtend that Tandem) to the respective PACIFIC Tandems on the trunk groups defined below. PACIFIC shall route appropriate traffic to Pac-West switches on the trunk groups defined below.
