Common use of Outage Authority and Coordination Clause in Contracts

Outage Authority and Coordination. The System Operator shall have the authority to coordinate facility outages in accordance with the ISO New England Operating Documents, Applicable Reliability Standards, or successor documents. Each Party may in accordance with the ISO New England Operating Documents, Applicable Reliability Standards, or successor documents, in coordination with the other Party(ies), remove from service any of its respective Interconnection Facilities or Network Upgrades that may impact the other Party’s(ies’) facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install or replace equipment, subject to the oversight of System Operator in accordance with the ISO New England Operating Documents, Applicable Reliability Standards, or successor documents.
