Common use of Out of Title Work Clause in Contracts

Out of Title Work. Section One. Working out-of-title shall be defined as the temporary assignment by an appointing authority to perform duties not within any existing job classification for a period which exceeds ninety (90) days, provided such assignment is approved by the Commissioner of Administrative Services. Said assignment, in order to qualify for treatment hereunder, shall meet the conditions outlined herein.
