Other unavailability to the Customer. (a) On any Day or Hour during a Gas Supply Emergency (as defined in the Network Code) the Service Provider may take steps to increase flow rates at the Facility in order to comply with National Grid Gas’s instructions pursuant of the Network Code notwithstanding the Customer’s nomination on such Day.
