Common use of – OTHER SPECIAL CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

– OTHER SPECIAL CONDITIONS. I.12.1 Exchange rate applicable for the conversion of currencies into euro Payments shall be made by the Commission in euro. The co-ordinator shall submit the payment requests in accordance with article I.5.3, including the underlying financial statements, in euro.
