Other Shift Patterns Clause Samples
The 'Other Shift Patterns' clause defines the terms under which alternative work schedules, outside of the standard or regular shifts, may be implemented. This clause typically outlines the conditions for introducing different shift arrangements, such as rotating, split, or flexible shifts, and may specify how employees will be notified or compensated for these changes. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for employers to adjust work schedules as needed while ensuring employees are aware of and protected under agreed terms, thereby addressing operational needs and minimizing disputes over shift changes.
Other Shift Patterns. It is understood that other shift patterns may be considered during the term of this Agreement and introduced, provided that such other patterns are acceptable to both parties.
