For the EU traveller, the process of issuing the RTP token is simplified, because it does not require filing any additional document to confirm their right to cross the border. At the Kiosk a traveller’ travel documents (passport or an ID) are scanned, and their biometric data (face or iris image) is collected. For EU traveller, only local external systems and SIS are requested.

Registered in RTP. RTP system is mostly designed for non EU citizens, thus non EU travellers are strongly recommended to register in RTP system, which will simplify the process of border crossing. Registration in the RTP is possible at the Kiosk. The process of registration includes scanning of the travel document (passport, ID, visa and eventually other documents), collecting the biometric data and verification of the supporting documents. A traveller undergoes basically the same procedures when applying for visa. In the result of registration to the RTP process a traveller gets the RTP token, which has an expiry date and is of multiple use. Travellers who have the RTP token may check in using the ABC system. At the gate they would have to scan their RTP token. During that procedure, the following data are collected: • Biographical information of the traveller (e.g. name, surname). • Biometric template. Collecting data from the RTP with the use of RTP token is much faster than scanning documents. This is why registration in the RTP would be the preferred option. Duties of a Nurse Manager will substantially include, but are not confined to:  Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others Including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Educator, particularly in the areas of action research and quality assurance programs;  Staff selection and education; allocation and rostering of staff;  Occupational health;  Initiation and evaluation of research related to staff and resource management;  Participating in policy development and implementation;  Acting as a consultant on request in the employee’s own area of proficiency (for the purpose of facilitating the provision of quality nursing care);  Being accountable for the management of human and material resources within a specified span of control, including the development and evaluation of staffing methodologies; and  Managing financial matters, budget preparation and cost control in respect of nursing within that span of control.   • Registered Nurses Requests for a different shift in the nurse's present unit should be submitted to the nurse's immediate supervisor in writing. Requests for transfer to another unit should be submitted on the University’s Employment Website. A good faith effort will be made to facilitate lateral transfers from one unit to another. The nurse's length of service shall be a consideration on transfer to a different shift or unit. Applications for promotions should be submitted on the University’s Employment Website during the period of official posting. Promotional openings will be posted for a minimum of seven calendar days in the unit, the Nursing and Outpatient Clinic Administrative Office and the Medical Centers Human Resources Office.

  • Registered Assets Investments which are registered may be registered in the name of the Custodian, a Subcustodian, or in the name of the Fund or a nominee for any of the foregoing, and may be held in any manner set forth in paragraph 5.2 above with or without any identification of fiduciary capacity in such registration.

  • Suits by Registered Warrantholders All or any of the rights conferred upon any Registered Warrantholder by any of the terms of this Indenture may be enforced by the Registered Warrantholder by appropriate proceedings but without prejudice to the right which is hereby conferred upon the Warrant Agent to proceed in its own name to enforce each and all of the provisions herein contained for the benefit of the Registered Warrantholders.

  • Non-Registered Offerings In the case of an Offering other than a Registered Offering, you acknowledge that no registration statement has been filed with the Commission. “Offering Circular” means the final offering circular or memorandum, if any, or any other final written materials authorized by the Issuer to be used in connection with an Offering that is not a Registered Offering. “Preliminary Offering Circular” means any preliminary offering circular or memorandum, if any, or any other written preliminary materials authorized by the Issuer to be used in connection with such an Offering. As used herein, the terms “Offering Circular” and “Preliminary Offering Circular” include the material, if any, incorporated by reference therein. We will either, as soon as practicable after the later of the date of the Invitation Wire or the date made available to us by the Issuer, furnish to you (or make available for your review) a copy of any Preliminary Offering Circular or any proof or draft of the Offering Circular. In any event, in any Offering involving an Offering Circular, the Manager will furnish, make available to you, or make arrangements for you to obtain, as soon as practicable after sufficient quantities thereof are made available by the Issuer, copies (which may, to the extent permitted by law, be in electronic form) of the Preliminary Offering Circular and Offering Circular, as amended or supplemented, if applicable (but excluding, for this purpose, documents incorporated therein by reference).

  • Receipts Issuable in Global Registered Form If the Company shall determine in a writing delivered to the Depositary that the Receipts are to be issued in whole or in part in the form of one or more Global Registered Receipts, then the Depositary shall, in accordance with the other provisions of this Deposit Agreement, execute and deliver one or more Global Registered Receipts evidencing such Receipts, which (i) shall represent, and shall be denominated in an amount equal to the aggregate principal amount of, the Receipts to be represented by such Global Registered Receipt or Receipts, and (ii) shall be registered in the name of the Global Receipt Depository therefor or its nominee. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Deposit Agreement to the contrary, unless otherwise provided in the Global Registered Receipt, a Global Registered Receipt may only be transferred in whole and only by the applicable Global Receipt Depository for such Global Registered Receipt to a nominee of such Global Receipt Depository, or by a nominee of such Global Receipt Depository to such Global Receipt Depository or another nominee of such Global Receipt Depository, or by such Global Receipt Depository or any such nominee to a successor Global Receipt Depository for such Global Registered Receipt selected or approved by the Company or to a nominee of such successor Global Receipt Depository. Except as provided below, owners solely of beneficial interests in a Global Registered Receipt shall not be entitled to receive physical delivery of the Receipts represented by such Global Registered Receipt. Neither any such beneficial owner nor any direct or indirect participant of a Global Receipt Depository shall have any rights under this Deposit Agreement with respect to any Global Registered Receipt held on their behalf by a Global Receipt Depository and such Global Receipt Depository may be treated by the Company, the Depositary and any director, officer, employee or agent of the Company or the Depositary as the holder of such Global Registered Receipt for all purposes whatsoever. Unless and until definitive Receipts are delivered to the owners of the beneficial interests in a Global Registered Receipt, (1) the applicable Global Receipt Depository will make book-entry transfers among its participants and receive and transmit all payments and distributions in respect of the Global Registered Receipts to such participants, in each case, in accordance with its applicable procedures and arrangements, and (2) whenever any notice, payment or other communication to the holders of Global Registered Receipts is required under this Deposit Agreement, the Company and the Depositary shall give all such notices, payments and communications specified herein to be given to such holders to the applicable Global Receipt Depository. If an Exchange Event has occurred with respect to any Global Registered Receipt, then, in any such event, the Depositary shall, upon receipt of a written order from the Company for the execution and delivery of individual definitive registered Receipts in exchange for such Global Registered Receipt, shall execute and deliver individual definitive registered Receipts, in authorized denominations and of like tenor and terms in an aggregate principal amount equal to the principal amount of the Global Registered Receipt surrendered in exchange for such Global Registered Receipt. Definitive registered Receipts issued in exchange for a Global Registered Receipt pursuant to this Section shall be registered in such names and in such authorized denominations as the Global Receipt Depository for such Global Registered Receipt, pursuant to instructions from its participants, shall instruct the Depositary in writing. The Depositary shall deliver such Receipts to the persons in whose names such Receipts are so registered. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Deposit Agreement, should the Company determine that the Receipts should be issued as a Global Registered Receipt, the parties hereto shall comply with the terms of each Letter of Representations.

  • Unregistered Securities (a) Accredited Investor Status; Sophisticated Purchasers. Such Purchaser is an “accredited investor” within the meaning of Rule 501 under the Securities Act and is able to bear the risk of its investment in Purchased Securities and the Conversion Shares. Such Purchaser has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that it is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the purchase of the Purchased Securities and the Conversion Shares.
