Other Payment Issues. 5.3.1. The Service Suppliers have the option to require you to pay a reasonable refundable amount as a deposit if: 5.3.1.1. Cell C SP activates any SIM Card or any value added services that are supplied to you; or 5.3.1.2. you default on any payment (Cell C SP will give you written notice to pay a deposit if you default on payment). 5.3.2. If the Service Suppliers require you to pay a deposit in terms of clause 5.3.1, you will be required to pay such deposit immediately before the Service Suppliers provide you with further Services and/or Equipment.
