Adding agenda items Any agenda item requiring a decision by the Members of a Consortium Body must be identified as such on the agenda. Commercial Items The Software, including all related documentation, are “Commercial Item(s),” as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. Lost Items The Credit Union, in receiving items from you for withdrawal or deposit, acts only as your agent and reserves the right to reverse the credit for any deposited items or to charge your account for the items should they become lost in the collection process.
Additional Items The Insurer has received such other documents, instruments, approvals or opinions in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Insurer as are reasonably requested by the Insurer, including evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Insurer that the conditions precedent, if any, in the Transaction Documents have been satisfied.
