Common use of Other Methods of Procurement of Goods Clause in Contracts

Other Methods of Procurement of Goods. Works and Non-consulting Services. The following methods, other than International Bidding, may be used for procurement of goods, works and non-consulting services for those contracts specified in the Procurement Plan: (a) National Competitive Bidding, subject to the additional provisions set forth in the Attachment to this Schedule 2; (b) Shopping; (c) Direct Contracting; and (d) Commercial Practices acceptable to the World Bank.

Other Methods of Procurement of Goods. Works and Non-consulting Consultant Services. The following methods, other than International and National Competitive Bidding, may be used for procurement of goods, works and nonNon-consulting services Consultant Services for those contracts specified in the Procurement PlanPlan which the World Bank agrees meet the requirements set forth in the Procurement Guidelines for their use: (a) National Competitive Bidding, subject to the additional provisions set forth in the Attachment to this Schedule 2Shopping; (b) Shopping; (c) Direct Contracting; and (dc) Commercial Practices established private or commercial practices which have been found acceptable to the World Bank, in respect of Subprojects.
