Other Information and Documentation. Prior to the Closing Date, the Company shall have furnished to the Agents such further information, certificates and documents as the Agents or counsel to the Agents may reasonably request. All opinions, letters, evidence and certificates mentioned above or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be deemed to be in compliance with the provisions hereof only if they are in the form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Agents.
