Common use of Other Documents and Certificates Clause in Contracts

Other Documents and Certificates. Buyer and Seller shall deliver, or, with respect to Seller, cause the Company to deliver, the agreements, certificates, consents, permits, waivers, approvals and other documents described in Articles V and VI of this Agreement, respectively, or reasonably requested by counsel for Buyer or Seller, as the case may be, to satisfy the conditions precedent to Closing set forth in Articles V and VI of this Agreement.

Other Documents and Certificates.
