Other Development Work. For the avoidance of doubt, except for the Impact [***] IND submission work outlined in 4.1.1(i)(C), all clinical development of [***] and [***] shall be treated the same as provided for a Global Clinical Study with respect to roles and responsibilities of the parties and the bearing of costs and expenses. This includes Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3 and potentially Phase 4 studies for both Licensed Compounds, regardless of whether or not the studies are Pivotal Studies.
Other Development Work. It is agreed by the parties that, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, any additional development work undertaken by or on behalf of SMSI in furtherance of meeting the requirements of the oxygen sensor specification defined in Appendix 13.2 of the 1999 License Agreement shall be at SMSI's sole expense. Nothing herein shall be construed as relieving HET of the obligation to pay to SMSI the full amount of the separate Oxygen Sensor Development Fee described in Section 13.3 of the 1999 Agreement.
Other Development Work. Subject to Section 4.4(a), and except for those activities allocated to Sangamo in a Development Plan, Pfizer shall be responsible and shall have the sole authority over (subject to Section 8.1(a)) and control for all Development work, including all other clinical trials (including but not limited to Pivotal Trials), development of clinical assays and conduct of animal studies necessary or useful for conduct of Pivotal Trials, as necessary or useful for seeking Marketing Approval for SB-525 and other Products, if any, in the Field in the Territory.
