Common use of Other Dealings Clause in Contracts

Other Dealings. The Arrangers, the Agent and the Security Trustee may, without any liability to account to the Banks or the Working Capital Bank, accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with, and provide advisory or other services to, the Ultimate Shareholder, the Immediate Shareholder or any of their respective Subsidiaries or Associated Companies or any Relevant Person or any of the Banks or the Working Capital Bank as if it were not an Arranger, the Agent or the Security Trustee, as the case may be.

Other Dealings. The Arrangers, the Agent Security Trustee and the Security Trustee Agent may, without any liability to account to the Banks or the Working Capital BankBanks, accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of banking or other trust business with, and provide advisory or other services toeach member of the Group, the Ultimate Shareholder, the Immediate Shareholder any Mortgagor or any of their respective Subsidiaries or Associated Companies or any Relevant Person Subordinated Creditor or any of the Banks or the Working Capital Bank as if they or it were not an Arranger, the Agent Security Trustee or the Security Trustee, Agent (as the case may be).

Other Dealings. The Arrangers, the Agent Security Trustee and the Security Trustee Agent may, without any liability to account to the Banks or the Working Capital Bankother Finance Parties, accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with, be the owner or holder of any shares or other securities of, and provide advisory or other services to, the Ultimate Shareholder, the Immediate Shareholder Parent or any of their respective Subsidiaries its Subsidiaries, Affiliates or Associated Companies or any Relevant Person associated companies or any of the Banks or the Working Capital Bank Finance Parties as if it were not an Arranger, the Agent Security Trustee or the Security TrusteeAgent, as the case may be.

The Arrangers, the Agent Security Trustee and the Security Trustee Agent may, without any liability to account to the Banks or the Working Capital BankBanks, accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with, and provide advisory or other services to, the Ultimate Shareholder, the Immediate Shareholder Borrower or any other member of their respective Subsidiaries or Associated Companies the Group or any Relevant Person associated company of the Borrower (including, without limitation, UIH and any of its Affiliates) or any of the Banks or the Working Capital Bank as if it were not an Arrangerthe Arrangers, the Agent Security Trustee or the Security TrusteeAgent, as the case may be.
