Each of the Arranger and the Agent may, without any liability to account to the Banks, accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with, and provide advisory or other services to, any Security Party or any of its Related Companies or any of the Banks as if it were not the Arranger or, as the case may be, the Agent.

Each of the Arranger Arrangers, the Payment Agent and the Agent may, without any liability to account to the BanksLenders, accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with, and provide advisory or other services to, any Security Party or any company in the same group of its Related Companies companies as such Security Party or any of the Banks Lenders as if it were not the an Arranger or, as the case may be, the Agent or Payment Agent.
