Other Construction. 7.01 RELATED CONSTRUCTION AT SITE A. OWNER may perform other Work related to the Project at the Site by OWNER's own forces, or let other direct contracts therefor or have other work performed by utility owners. Written notice thereof will be given to DESIGN/BUILDER prior to starting any such other work and (ii) DESIGN/BUILDER may make a claim therefor as provided in Article 9 if DESIGN/BUILDER believes that such performance will involve additional expense to DESIGN/BUILDER or requires additional time and the parties are unable to agree as to the amount or extent thereof.
