Common use of Other Businesses Clause in Contracts

As long as Employee is employed by the Company, Employee agrees that he or she will not, except with the express written consent of the Company, become engaged in, render services for, or permit his or her name to be used in connection with any business other than the business of the Company or any of its affiliates.
