Common use of Other Business Ventures Clause in Contracts

Other Business Ventures. The Member, the Representative and each Officer may engage in, or possess an interest in, other business ventures of every nature and description, independently or with others, whether or not similar to or in competition with the business of the Company, and neither the Company nor the Member have any right by virtue of this Agreement in or to such other business ventures or to the income or profits derived therefrom. None of the Member, the Representative or any Officer is required to devote all of their time or business efforts to the affairs of the Company, but will devote so much of their time and attention to the Company as is reasonably necessary and advisable to manage the affairs of the Company to the best advantage of the Company.

The Member, the Representative and each Officer Any Member or Manager may engage in, in or possess an interest in, in other business ventures of every nature and description, independently or with others, whether or not similar to or in competition with the business of the Company, and neither the Company nor the Member Members shall have any right by virtue of this Agreement in or to such other business ventures or to the income or profits derived therefrom. None of the MemberUnless otherwise agreed to, the Representative or any Officer is no Manager shall be required to devote all of their such Manager’s time or business efforts to the affairs of the Company, Company but will shall devote so much of their such Manager’s time and attention to the Company as is reasonably necessary and advisable to manage the affairs of the Company to the best advantage of the Company.

None of the Member, the Representative or any Officer is The Manager shall not be required to devote all of their his, her or its time or nor business efforts to the affairs of the Company, but will the Manager shall devote so much of their his, her or its time and attention to the Company as is reasonably necessary and advisable to manage the business and affairs of the Company to the best advantage of the CompanyCompany and to perform his, her or its duties hereunder.
