Other Apportionments. Liability for real property taxes and assessments and water district or water company assessments if any, shall be prorated at and as of the Close of Escrow using the latest tax bills. Rent or income under all farm related, hunting and mineral leases, if any, shall be prorated as of the Close of Escrow.

Such prorations and apportionments shall be made in the manner customary in the County in which the Land is located for the sale of agricultural land.
