Rent or income under all farm related, hunting and mineral leasesleases being assigned to or assumed by the Buyer, if any, shall be prorated as of the Close of Escrow. Such prorations and apportionments shall be made in the manner customary in the County in which the Land is located for the sale of agricultural land.
