Merck hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Medco Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Medco Indemnitee, evidencing Merck's agreement that the indemnification obligations of Merck set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Medco Indemnitee.
