Other Agreements Evidencing Indemnification Obligations. Adaptec hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Roxio Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Roxio Indemnitee, evidencing Adaptec's agreement that the indemnification obligations of Adaptec set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Roxio Indemnitee. Roxio hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Adaptec Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Adaptec Indemnitee, evidencing Roxio's agreement that the indemnification obligations of Roxio set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Adaptec Indemnitee.
Other Agreements Evidencing Indemnification Obligations. Merck hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Medco Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Medco Indemnitee, evidencing Merck's agreement that the indemnification obligations of Merck set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Medco Indemnitee. Medco hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Merck Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Merck Indemnitee, evidencing Medco's agreement that the indemnification obligations of Medco set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Merck Indemnitee.
Other Agreements Evidencing Indemnification Obligations. Retail Ventures hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any DSW Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such DSW Indemnitee, evidencing Retail Ventures' agreement that the indemnification obligations of Retail Ventures set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such DSW Indemnitee. DSW hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Retail Ventures Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Retail Ventures Indemnitee, evidencing DSW's agreement that the indemnification obligations of DSW set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Retail Ventures Indemnitee.
Other Agreements Evidencing Indemnification Obligations. Southern hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Southern Energy Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Southern Energy Indemnitee, evidencing Southern's agreement that the indemnification obligations of Southern set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Southern Energy Indemnitee. Southern Energy hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Southern Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Southern Indemnitee, evidencing Southern Energy's agreement that the indemnification obligations of Southern Energy set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Southern Indemnitee.
Other Agreements Evidencing Indemnification Obligations. Compuware hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Covisint Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Covisint Indemnitee, evidencing Compuware’s agreement that the indemnification obligations of Compuware set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Covisint Indemnitee. Covisint hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Compuware Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Compuware Indemnitee, evidencing Covisint’s agreement that the indemnification obligations of Covisint set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Compuware Indemnitee.
Other Agreements Evidencing Indemnification Obligations. HP hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Agilent Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Agilent Indemnitee, evidencing HP's agreement that the indemnification obligations of HP set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Agilent Indemnitee. Agilent hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any HP Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such HP Indemnitee, evidencing Agilent's agreement that the indemnification obligations of Agilent set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such HP Indemnitee.
Other Agreements Evidencing Indemnification Obligations. Catalytica hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any CESI Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such CESI Indemnitee, evidencing Catalytica's agreement that the indemnification obligations of Catalytica set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such CESI Indemnitee. CESI hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Catalytica Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Catalytica Indemnitee, evidencing CESI's agreement that the indemnification obligations of CESI's set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Catalytica Indemnitee.
Other Agreements Evidencing Indemnification Obligations. Cendant hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any PHH Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such PHH Indemnitee, evidencing Cendant’s agreement that the indemnification obligations of Cendant set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such PHH Indemnitee. PHH hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Cendant Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Cendant Indemnitee, evidencing PHH’s agreement that the indemnification obligations of PHH set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Cendant Indemnitee.
Other Agreements Evidencing Indemnification Obligations. MRV hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Luminent Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Luminent Indemnitee, evidencing MRV's agreement that the indemnification obligations of MRV set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Luminent Indemnitee. Luminent hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any MRV Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such MRV Indemnitee, evidencing Luminent's agreement that the indemnification obligations of Luminent set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such MRV Indemnitee.
Other Agreements Evidencing Indemnification Obligations. 3Com hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any Palm Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Palm Indemnitee, evidencing 3Com's agreement that the indemnification obligations of 3Com set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such Palm Indemnitee. Palm hereby agrees to execute, for the benefit of any 3Com Indemnitee, such documents as may be reasonably requested by such 3Com Indemnitee, evidencing Palm's agreement that the indemnification obligations of Palm set forth in this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are enforceable by such 3Com Indemnitee.
