Common use of Origination Point Clause in Contracts

Origination Point. At such time that the City determines that it wants to establish capacity to allow its residents who subscribe to Grantee's Cable Service to receive PEG access programming originated from a City building, the City will give the Grantee written notice detailing the point of origination and the capability sought by the City. The City shall be responsible for the costs to acquire and install the origination point and connection to the Cable System; provided the connection shall be owned and maintained by the Grantee. The Grantee agrees to submit a cost estimate to implement the City's plan within a reasonable period of time. After an agreement to reimburse the Grantee for its expenditure, the Grantee will implement any necessary system changes within a reasonable period of time.

The City shall be responsible for the costs to acquire and install the origination point and connection to the Cable System; provided the connection shall be owned and maintained by the Grantee. The Grantee agrees to submit a cost estimate to implement the City's ’s plan within a reasonable period of time.
