Initial Establishment Clause Samples

The 'Initial Establishment' clause defines the requirements and procedures for setting up the foundational elements of an agreement or project at the outset. It typically outlines the responsibilities of each party in establishing necessary infrastructure, resources, or operational frameworks before ongoing obligations commence. For example, it may specify timelines for site preparation, delivery of initial materials, or completion of preliminary approvals. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of what must be in place before the main activities begin, thereby reducing the risk of delays or misunderstandings at the start of the contractual relationship.
