Common use of Orientation Training Clause in Contracts

Orientation Training. All Apprentices entering the Apprenticeship program shall receive orientation training at a designated training center pursuant to a curriculum developed by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee. Such participation in the Orientation Training shall be at the discretion of the Joint Apprenticeship Committee.
