The Orientation Presentation clause requires that an orientation session or presentation be provided, typically to introduce new employees, contractors, or participants to essential information about the organization, its policies, or the specific project. This clause may specify who must attend, the topics to be covered, and the timing or format of the presentation, such as in-person or virtual sessions. Orientation Presentation. The Contractor shall conduct program Orientation presentations for newly enrolled participants in ether the CalWORKs or CalFresh Employment & Training programs. This presentation shall provide the participant with an understanding of the program requirements, their rights and responsibilities, the available treatment services, and the ancillary supportive services available to them. Also, during this Orientation period, the Contractor shall assist participants completing the required County program employment forms. Additionally, and of the highest priority, the presentation segment of the Orientation will emphasize the immediate and long-term benefits and rewards that the program has to offer the participants.
Orientation Presentation. The Union will be given ten (10) day notice of group orientation meetings and be provided the names and bargaining unit of any new hires in bargaining unit(s) covered by this MOU expected to attend the new employee orientation session. The SEIU representative may then meet with the new SEIU represented unit employees in the orientation meeting room in a small group or individually for fifteen (15) minutes after the conclusion of the county’s orientation meeting.

After such introduction and announcement, the HR&D representative shall announce that the formal orientation is concluded and that if they are not meeting with a TCPA representative they are dismissed. The TCPA representative may then meet with the new TCPA represented unit employees in the orientation meeting room in a small group or individually for fifteen (15) minutes after the conclusion of the orientation meeting.
Orientation Presentation. If on file with the Authority Human Resources, the Human Resources department will supply the Union with the names, job titles, departments, work locations, work, home and personal cellular telephone numbers, home addresses, and personal email addresses of each new employee within thirty (30) calendar days of hiring the employee, and once every 120 days for all employees in the bargaining unit.
