Program Orientation Components. For the Contractor to conduct a thorough and complete Orientation process, ACSSA shall provide a set of procedures to assist and guide the Contractor with managing the service flow timelines, expectations and the sequence of the delivery of the service components. The program Orientation sessions will include at minimum the following components as listed below:
