Orientation Information. Upon initial employment, each bargaining unit employee shall receive a copy of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement between the District and the Association and shall be given necessary information and forms regarding the Health and Welfare benefits package. A classified mentor shall be assigned by the Bargaining Unit to assist the new employee with transition into the new work setting.
