Common use of Order Term Clause in Contracts

Order Term. Each Order will be effective on the date set out therein and will remain in effect during the Initial Term identified in such Order. Each Order will automatically renew for twelve (12) month terms (each, a “Renewal Term”) unless either party gives the other party notice of non-renewal at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the applicable Term of the Order.
