Line Connection Charges Clause Samples

The Line Connection Charges clause defines the fees or costs associated with connecting a property or facility to a utility service, such as electricity, water, or telecommunications. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for paying these charges, the timing of payment, and any conditions under which the charges may be adjusted or refunded. Its core practical function is to allocate financial responsibility for the initial infrastructure connection, ensuring clarity and preventing disputes over who bears these costs.
