Common use of Order or Decree Clause in Contracts

Order or Decree. This Agreement may be terminated by Wireless or the Company if any court of competent jurisdiction in the United States or other U.S. governmental body shall have issued an order, decree, ruling or taken any other action restraining, enjoining or otherwise prohibiting in any material respects the transactions contemplated hereby and such order, decree, ruling or other action shall have become final and nonappealable.
