Optional vacation Sample Clauses

Optional vacation. An employee may take an additional week of vacation at any time of the year, provided the employer is not deprived of more than 25% of its employees at the same time on a job site. Any employee who takes advantage of this provision shall notify his employer at least 10 working days prior to his departure date.
