Optional Training. 1. University-initiated training and/or mentoring programs shall be made available to all employees, if applicable, in their respective departments or classifications. 2. Upon approval, employees shall be reimbursed up to $500 per fiscal year, on a non-rolling basis, for participation in educational or training programs and associated materials. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.
