OPTIONAL MODULES AND SERVICES. Optional applications developed and provided by Supplier may, upon mutual agreement of Supplier and Customer, be added to Schedule 1 after the effective date. 1. Initial Subscription Term: 1 year from effective date with automatic annual renewals unless terminated by either party per agreement terms.
