Optional Leaves Clause Samples

The Optional Leaves clause defines the conditions under which employees may take leave that is not mandated by law or company policy, such as personal days or unpaid time off. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting such leave, any limitations on duration or frequency, and whether approval is at the employer's discretion. Its core function is to provide flexibility for employees to address personal needs while ensuring the employer retains control over staffing and business continuity.
