Additional Leave. Any further leave granted beyond the normal thirty-seven (37) week period, or the forty-two (42) week period for special circumstances, will be unpaid leave without benefits.

Additional Leave. Any further leave granted beyond the allowable leave periods of Article 38.01(A), (B), or (C), will be unpaid leave without any benefits.
Additional Leave. Employees who continue to be off work following the expiration of their paid sick leave, shall be placed on leave of absence without pay for up to twenty-eight (28) calendar days.
