OPTIONAL FUNCTIONALITY Clause Samples

The "Optional Functionality" clause defines which additional features or services, beyond the core agreement, may be made available to the parties at their discretion. This clause typically outlines the process for requesting, activating, or deactivating such optional features, and may specify any associated costs or requirements. By clearly delineating which functionalities are optional, it helps prevent misunderstandings about what is included as standard and allows parties to tailor the agreement to their specific needs, ensuring flexibility and clarity in the scope of services provided.
