Option for Increased Quantity. Chemonics may increase the Goods and/or Related Services called for by the quantity and at the unit price(s) specified. Chemonics may exercise this additional option by providing written notice to the Supplier within the period of performance stipulated in the BOA, the applicable Annex, and Order, if applicable. Delivery of the additional Goods or performance of the additional Related Services, as applicable, shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the BOA, except as the Parties may otherwise agree in writing.
