Performers Obligations. (1) The Performer shall disclose in writing each subject invention to the Agreement Officer within two (2) months after the inventor discloses it in writing to Performer personnel responsible for patent matters. The disclosure shall identify the inventor(s) and this agreement under which the subject invention was made. It shall be sufficiently complete in technical detail to convey a clear understanding of the subject invention. The disclosure shall also identify any publication, on sale (i.e., sale or offer for sale), or public use of the subject invention, or whether a manuscript describing the subject invention has been submitted for publication and, if so, whether it has been accepted for publication. In addition, after disclosure to the agency, the Performer shall promptly notify the Agreement Officer of the acceptance of any manuscript describing the subject invention for publication and any on sale or public use.

Performers Obligations. Performer(s)’ obligation to perform hereunder is subject to the unavailability of Performer(s) as a result of sickness, accidents, acts of God, and other reasons beyond Performer(s)' control. If something comes up, and you can’t make the show through no fault of your own, you don’t owe us anything. If you just decide to go hang out at the park instead of performing, you don’t owe us anything either, but we can choose to not invite you back.
