Common use of Opt-Out Report Clause in Contracts

Opt-Out Report. (1) Class Counsel shall provide Defendant’s Counsel with a report advising as to the number of Opt Outs pursuant to section 6.1(1), the reasons for their opting out and details of the Opt Out’s individual claim, if known, and a copy of all information provided, including the Opt Out Form, within thirty (30) days of the Opt Out Deadline.
