Opt-Out Report. (1) Within thirty (30) days of the Opt-Out Deadline, Class Counsel shall provide to the Settling Defendant, a report containing the names of each Person who has validly and timely opted-out of the Ontario and BC Actions, as well as any reasons given by those Persons for opting-out.
