Common use of Opportunity to Remedy Clause in Contracts

Opportunity to Remedy. No liability shall attach to the Sellers in respect of any claim if and to the extent that the breach giving rise to such claim is capable of remedy (without cost or loss to any member of the Purchaser’s Group) except to the extent that the relevant breach remains unremedied (without such cost) after the expiry of 30 days following receipt by the Sellers of the relevant notice from the Purchaser under Clause 10 of this Agreement.
