INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES In the initial correspondence with an individual regarding potential employment in the bargaining unit, the appropriate department shall include a one-page statement about the Union, prepared by the Union at its own expense, provided that the statement is first forwarded to the Executive Director, Human Resources and is not determined to be factually incorrect or inflammatory. Liability for Acts or Omissions of Third Parties Neither BellSouth nor Mpower shall be liable for any act or omission of another telecommunications company providing a portion of the services provided under this Agreement.
