Operator Services (Operator Call Processing and Directory Assistance. 8.1 Operator Call Processing (OCP) provides: (1) operator handling for call completion (for example, collect, third number billing, and manual calling-card calls); (2) operator or automated assistance for billing after the customer has dialed the called number (for example, calling card calls); and (3) special services including but not limited to Busy Line Verification and Emergency Line Interrupt (XXX), Emergency Agency Call and operator-assisted Directory Assistance (DA).
